Hello HUMANs. As we round off another month, we’d like to thank our community for its continued support and commitment. Every month, the number of tasks completed through the Protocol continues to grow. We’re now at 2.7 billion tasks completed: testament to the success of HUMAN Protocol’s infrastructure, and the scale of global collaboration it facilitates.
Highlights
- We’d like to apologize to those inconvenienced by the ongoing maintenance of the HUMAN App. We’re currently making some necessary security changes to the App’s backend, and plan to continue closed testing until April 15th
- HuFi – a decentralized market maker, the first of its kind – will launch on 17th April, 2024, in Dubai.
- The first episode of the Newconomics podcast series, sponsored by HUMAN, has been released.
Product and Development
- Salk is working with CVAT which will enable new job types (Pose tracking) on the HUMAN App, with the aim of publishing a research paper.
- Governance 1.0 has been demoed internally and will be integrated into HUMAN App for community to vote on all future proposals.
- HMT has been bridged over to OKX chain’s testnet successfully. Our plan is to begin launching new jobs through OKX in the near future.
- We’ve produced an end-to-end example of an Exchange Oracle – to improve Fortune – which helps us test the functionality of other elements of the HUMAN App.
- The new iteration of the dashboard’s UI is being tested with internal and external developers.
- Abuse system proposal has been submitted, and development is scheduled to begin in Q2.
HuFi
- HuFi will be officially launched in Dubai on April 17th, 2024. HuFi is the first market maker to work across decentralized and centralized changes, providing a way for token-based projects to fund their tokens, developers to launch bots that accrue arbitrage fees, and token holders to earn passive revenue by committing to market-making campaigns.

- The first episode of the Newconomics podcast is now available.
- HUMAN is sponsoring and attending Swissborg’s Metafest event on April 4th.
- Newconomics will also be organizing a MeetUp party, in collaboration with SwissBorg, on April 11th. This event is open to our community, and we look forward to seeing some of you there.
