Introducing the ambassador program

2 min read

The Ambassador Program is designed to reward community members with HMT for helping to expand HUMAN Protocol. The program will welcome individuals from all personal and professional backgrounds, united under one common goal: to educate their personal networks to help promote the usage and adoption of HUMAN Protocol.

The vision

HUMAN Protocol supports the creation of permissionless job markets to unlock the next generation of knowledge worker. It is a bold, ambitious mission which can change the way the world thinks about work. A global vision requires global communication — and this is why we created the ambassador program.

The ambassadors

The ambassador roles will be split into five different categories, based on your interests and experience:

  • The Moderator
  • The Evangelist
  • The Organizer
  • The Creator
  • The Campaigner

While these specific roles have different requirements, there are some shared qualities in the ideal ambassador:

  • Active interest and knowledge of blockchain, data, and ML.
  • Connected with big audiences - or willing to grow audiences.
  • Fluent understanding of HUMAN Protocol.
  • Local connections in the crypto and marketing spheres.
  • Strong communication skills - a desire to authentically connect with audiences.
  • Want to learn - this is essential!

Proactive and consistent social media communication is only one part of the ambassador role. There are many potential responsibilities, including, for example, organizing meetups, representing HUMAN Protocol at local blockchain events, content creation, and fostering new business opportunities.

The emissaries

For anyone who does not fit into one of the specific roles of an ambassador, there is a more general opportunity available: the HUMAN emissary. Emissaries are proactive members of the HUMAN community that promote the project across different channels. They engage, share, educate, participate in giveaways and AMAs, and generally create brand awareness. A HUMAN emissary may become a HUMAN ambassador.

The ambassadors and emissaries will be expected to act in accordance with their namesake; to conduct themselves with the integrity expected at HUMAN Protocol, and, at all times, follow the guidelines and strategy outlined in the upcoming ambassador handbook.

Rewards

There will be a reporting system in place for ambassadors to highlight the work they have done, and for that work to be paid for.

Apart from HMT, ambassadors stand to gain invaluable experience, meet experts, attend meetups, get exclusive offers - such as tickets to conferences or first access to competitions - join the private ambassador Discord and Slack, along with endless possibilities for growing their own network.
